We want you to be happy with your purchase. You’re not? No worries, just return or exchange it. We offer FREE RETURNS up to 7 days for Canadian orders after receiving the product. For international orders, the return shipment is at your own expense. Please, read detailed important information below.

Non-shipped orders

If you have only placed your order, but it has not yet been shipped out: contact us immediately, and we will prevent it from being processed. You will get a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

You can return your product for a refund for up to 30 days. As a service, we offer a free return window for up to 7 days (for Canadian orders only). Meaning, we will provide a free return label if you decide within 7 days you would like to return/exchange your purchase. After a week, the return shipment fees are at your own expense. For international orders, you are free to return your product for up to 30 days after purchase. The return shipment fees are at your own expense. The product cannot be broken, damaged or worn and needs to be returned in its original packaging.

How to initiate a return/exchange

Simply contact us to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your purchase and if within the valid period, we will provide a free return label. Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund your order or proceed with the exchange. Exchanges are shipped out free of charge. Hence, if you request an exchange within the first week of receiving your product, the exchange is entirely free. This free return window is offered for one exchange. Any additional exchange or return requests are at your own expense.

Refund amounts

1. Returns for refunds are processed excluding original shipping fees, if any.
2. If your total order value before tax exceeds $70, and you received free shipping, please note that any return causing the total order amount before tax to fall below the free shipping threshold, will be refunded minus the shipping charges that we would otherwise have charged for orders below the free shipping threshold. 

All refunds will appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account within 14 days. We will process the credit within a week, but in some cases it can take up to a week before the transfer has been processed by the bank. If you have not received anything after two weeks, feel free to contact us.

Use the return/exchange form

In all cases, please use the return/exchange form and follow the instructions to send the package our way. Make sure to print the form, fill it out and put it inside the package. Additionally, you can scan the form and email it back to us.
